Ok ok! I have been procrastinating long enough on this --but one day I realized, there is not enough room on neither my facebook status or my tweet tweet tweets to write all that there is to say. So by this, I decided to create a blog. Yes Lainey! Welcome to the year 2011! Where everyone and there brother has a blog (and so does mine btw. www.thedadjam.com)
I figured it would be interesting to see who would be interested in little old me and what opinions or suggestions I have (aside from those I have contact with on a daily basis, whom are forced to live with my opinions and or suggestions whether they ask for it or not).
I will get updated on everything tomorrow (way way way past my bedtime now)-- but it will be a learn as you go kind of experience for me so bear with me.
Be nice to the new kid on the block - btw I was a huge fan of them back in the day, with a very mixed borderline confusing musical taste, at that time I also worshiped the Beastie Boys. May have been that common denominating factor? I liked boys maybe?

Mostly fitness kids life philosophies trends beauty dance music food drink meditation and the list goes on .... we'll get it all covered, whether you like it or not! HA!
